How can I quit my school band class?

Simply put, I hate EVERYTHING about band. But my parents are forcing me to stay even though there may be a schedule conflict between that an AP Physics, a class I actually need senior year. I've explained this, but my mom has an illogical compulsion. You get a plaque for doing band for 4 years, and she's prepared to let me lose AP Physics so I can do dumb@$$ band class. What do I do?
