What happened to that little church in Ireland?

I traveled to Ireland and found the most wonderful church and I can't remember where it was (4 years ago). There is a plaque inside that reads, Everytime I pass this church I stop to pay a visit Lest when I am entered in, the Lord should say who is it- or something close to that. It's very rural and you drive over a 3 arched bridge and see it sitting in a quiet glen. River flows behind the church and there is a stone wall around the outside of church. Services are not weekly. PLease help
