Help removng psoriasis scales with fluocinonide?

I was wondering how you can enhance or speed up the curative effects of fluocinonide on psoriasis scale. Is there another OTC chemical to combine with? The solution is the only thing that works somewhat on the plaques. The creams, (fluocinolone) ointments just keep the plaques from worsening, but don't reduce at all.
