I was Scam by eBay buyer few years ago!!?

OK so 3 years ago, when i was 17, i sold my ipod 160gb for $314.80 to buyer. weeks later i accidentally clicked the refund wrong person which was the buyer who paid $314.80. So i contact him to pay me again or return the item but he pretend that he never got one but tracking number says it went to his house and he did signature. So i contact ebay about it and they told me to file a sue but i told them i can't because i'm not over 18 so they locked my account until I was 18. Almost 3 years later I decide to find a buyer who scam me and I found alot information about him so far including his email, facebook(i contact him but he said he will report facebook if i send all his family member about him scam me) also got his address but he live 12 hours away from me. So what should I do and I don't want to give up...all i know about him in real life is that He is like 20-30years old who raise a child few month ago. and He is a high school coach(isn't that weird)....
