I am living with someone who has a warrant for his arrest. What should I do if....?

currently i am living with my best friend and her 2 year old daughter...and my best friends boyfriend. Recently the boyfriend was arrested and OR'd but then he missed all of his court/trial dates so a warrant for his arrest was issued. He used a different address, and he says they already went to that address looking for him. He keeps saying he is going to turn himself in but i know he never will....basically he is just waiting for them to come and get him. which i am starting to doubt that they are going to come here at all. so he is here making everyone miserable and really i am kinda getting scared that he is in the mind set that he is going to jail anyways so he doesnt really have any reason to act right .... my friend and him fight all the time now and it is escalating we are walking on eggshells because anything sets him off and i dont know how far he will go when he gets pissed.
