If you call someone your wife in bed does that make you legally married even though your not?

My 2 worst break up's have been with chicks that during heavy sex, cuddling, and caressing (yes I give women what they need) I've called my wife and they called me their husband. But we were simply boyfriend and girlfriend. And because I wanted to leave them they felt it was ok to go cat **** crazy. I'm a love maker and during the moment I say very loving things. Once the moment is over it is back to routine. As I've said before I don't believe in marriage. But I can call a woman my wife and tell her I want her to have my baby. And it may damn well be true but I have my own ideal as to what a wife is and how things will go far as the kids. And it would only be in her best interest that she is on the same page as me. I'm all for the ideal of marriage and the good things that come with it. But if I don't have to deal with non of the bad stuff by simply not signing a marriage license and not allowing her to have her address as the same as mine, then it only makes sense to do so. If I don't have to risk going before a judge and have my earnings abstracted why should I put myself in position to. My uncle said I would have many wives and he was refreing to women I would have deep bonds with. And yes those women I had that deep bond with were my wives. But not in the eyes of the system. And peoples commitment to each other should have nothing to do with a 3rd party, which is what getting a marriage license and a wedding is. The decision to get married seems to be so impulsive now a days and divorce happens just as fast it's like why does anyone get married any more. And I just want to say it's not women that I'm bashing believe it or not because I as a man have a need for them. I can only love that which I need (love you ladies). I am against the system and it's laws. These laws cause women to naturally act in a antagonizing manner towards the guy she's with and it cripples the guy because he is powerless against the system and that makes her lose respect for him and makes her want to become more antagonizing to the point things get out of hand. But the system seems to have no limit as to how far it will go to keep the populous indebted to it. So I want to know even if a contract is not signed and a man calls a woman his wife during intercourse, does that make them married in the eyes of the state?
