Who is the artist ????????

who mad a bunch of orange ceramic fish and had them hanging from a ceiling, with the walls and everything painted blue and a boy sitting in the room as if he was underwater... I LOVE the picture of it and i just thought about it and want to find it really bad, but cannot remember who the guy who did it was?! I will go crazy if i cannot find it. If you know please let me know :)
