I got caught shoplifting today?

so i got caught stealing some makeup , i was stupid and i will never do it again, i gave the guy who took to me to a room, the right name, phone #, I gave him my address but uhm i didnt give him my apartment number, i did on purpose, he said a letter would be sent, but he can they find out, if they have no clue, i didnt give them my ssn number, so whats gonna happen ..help please
