Is it possible to change the default email client from Outlook when clicking on an email address online?

When there are email addresses listed online, they tend to have links to send an email to that address. When you click on the link, my computer (and most other Windows machines) opens up Microsoft Outlook and attempts to send that person an email. Is there any way that you can set up a browser (in my case, Google Chrome) to open up a browser window with Umail instead of being forced into using the standard Outlook client? Thanks.
