Teeth white problems?
Ok so I just recently asked my dentist about tartar and he said that I might just have brushing problems. My teeth aren't as white as I see everyone elses and I feel really uncomfortable now because I want my teeth whiter, he said that I probably have just been brushing them wrong, I have of course your supposed to brush with a 45 degree angle down dowager the gums and I've been brushing head on. He suggested a automatic toobrush to help get the plaque off easier and I bought one. I've been brushing for about a week now and my teeth have been kind of better but still not that white. My question is, will they get even whiter? Do I have to brush for longer to notice changes? What are some of your tips? I brush every morning and night, should I brush 3 times a day and will that make a difference?

I was Scam by eBay buyer few years ago!!?
OK so 3 years ago, when i was 17, i sold my ipod 160gb for $314.80 to buyer. weeks later i accidentally clicked the refund wrong person which was the buyer who paid $314.80. So i contact him to pay me again or return the item but he pretend that he never got one but tracking number says it went to his house and he did signature. So i contact ebay about it and they told me to file a sue but i told them i can't because i'm not over 18 so they locked my account until I was 18. Almost 3 years later I decide to find a buyer who scam me and I found alot information about him so far including his email, facebook(i contact him but he said he will report facebook if i send all his family member about him scam me) also got his address but he live 12 hours away from me. So what should I do and I don't want to give up...all i know about him in real life is that He is like 20-30years old who raise a child few month ago. and He is a high school coach(isn't that weird)....

I have a Great Dane, She is about 9 months old and is starting to get plaque at the base of her teeth, she is very sweet and lets me mess with her mouth and lips, but I don't know how to expose her teeth with one hand and brush with the other, since she has large jowls. So, in my last question, I was talking about how my chinchilla picked off the fur on his right front leg. I was just wondering if I should still give him a dust bath if he has no fur on that leg? I mean, there is skin and no open wound, but I don't want to dry out his skin with the dust. Unhappy with my teeth! Can I get a new retainer?
I am 28 years old and it is now 8 years since I had my braces removed. I wore my retainer at night as instructed by my ortho for about 1 1/2 years, and after that he was a bit vague as to how often I should carry on wearing it so I pretty much stopped wearing it altogether. Gradually over the years my teeth have moved more and more and I am now really unhappy with how they look and REALLY wish I had never stopped wearing my retainer. I have looked into getting clear or invisible braces but just don't think I can afford it and even the clear ceramic braces (which is what I would have to go for, after speaking to my orthodontist) look more noticeable than I would like. I still have my old retainer but from reading previous posts on this site it doesn't sound like it's a good idea to start wearing it again at this stage! I am wondering if there is a cheaper and easier alternative to having to get braces again, such as having a new retainer made? Would this be able to straighten my teeth out? Would it be effective if I just wore it at night, as I don't think I could put up with having that plastic in my mouth throughout the day (I have to answer phones and speak a lot at work)? Nowadays orthodontists use fixed retainers after the braces have come off and advise you to keep wearing your retainer for ever - I am SO annoyed this wasn't the case when I had my braces off :(

How do we honor a deceased coworker?
A coworker who was much beloved by everyone she worked with passed away from cancer recently. Her family is not having a service for her. They say it's because it's against her wishes; that she didn't want anyone to mourn for her. However, from what we understand there were some problems in the family regarding her estate so we're not sure if that is true. Is it possible to glaze a mug that has been glazed already?
I bought a mug from michael's and painted it with porcelain paint. It is non toxic but just to be safe i want to put a clear coat over it and fire it in the oven so that I will be able to drink out of it. I would suggest neither. A Chi or a Herstyler would be the best because although they damage the hair they aren't as bad. I had the Remington and the Revlon ... they killed my hair.

How can I cope with these problems?
I am 19 years old and am at university in London. I have been told by a counsellor when I was 18 years old that my mum has emotionally and mentally abused me as she would control what I wore and how I spent my money. She had a really bad temper and if she was in a bad mood she would take it out on me rather than my brother who is 20 years old. My parents are divorced and my dad pleaded with me to take my offer of university as he thought it would be an escape from her being nasty to me and dominating my life. But while I have been here I have given her �400 and I have never seen any of it again, she has run up debts on her credit card and took out a loan of �14000 when I was 8 years old and I was not aware of this until I was 16. She manages to twist her money problems around on me and makes me feel like I am responsible for it. I gave her the �400 to help her with her debts but she has done nothing with it. When i speak to her on the phone she never asks how university is going because she resents me for coming to london because she is no longer able to control me. She piles her problems onto me about money, asking me for more and saying she has nothing in her life. She recently said in a spiteful way that I have everything to look forward to and she has nothing, as if she is jealous that I am 19 and have my whole life ahead of me. She continuously moans about my brother and his girlfriend to me and they havent done anything wrong, she will moan about small things like petrol and work and she has been to see a debt counsellor after I begged her to try and sort out her money problems. She has told me all about her problems but she never speaks to my brother even though he lives in the same house as her! He knows nothing about any of it and she keeps piling her problems onto me, making me feel guilty for being at university. She takes no interest whatsoever in my life here and when I go home she turns back into the dominating mother she has been for so long. She told me at Xmas that she wanted this particular present and I bought it for her and something else as a surprise, a chocolate plaque with a xmas message on it and she looked at it all and said she always gets rubbish presents and she ruined the day as she does every year by moaning about how she never has any money. I literally cannot cope with her pressurising me for money and I feel bad if i say that I cant give her anymore money because I need it to live on. I have got myself into debt by giving her money because she is demanding some every few weeks. My brother and her argue everyday and she says to me that she worries about him and she never mentions that she worries about me as well. I literally cannot cope with it all, its too much pressure and I dont want to go home for summer, I would rather stay down here away from it all. University was supposed to be my escape from her and her dominating ways but it seems to have got worse especially where money is concerned. Can anyone please advise me? I am literally depressed by it all and keep crying about it and my friends are worried that I am going to have a breakdown eventually. Please help!

I'm losing hair and I don't know what's the cause and how to stop it from falling off?
Every day I'm losing a lot of hair. I've been straightening my hair for about 1 year but I was using 2 different straighteners. I was using a $30 conair straightener for about 9 months, & then i bought a cortex one which was $50. When i was using the conair one, i wasn't using any heat protectant. But when i used my cortex, i used one which was cortex insulator, that was when i started losing hair. i noticed that the two straighteners are completely different, my cortex was pulling my hair harder than my conair. Both are ceramic & i didn't have any problems with my conair except that my hair is frizzy while using it. When I'm using my cortex, it's very healthy. i really need help. i always see hair over my sink & ever if I'm at school or any other place, i still lose hair when I'm not even touching it. Also, i can easily grab 10 strands of hair if i just run my finger through my hair while I'm in the shower, usually when I'm conditioning my hair not shampooing. i use pantene for both. Is using the conditioner bad for me? How can i stop it from falling off and will it grow back? Any answer will be helpful.

But if I don't have to deal with non of the bad stuff by simply not signing a marriage license and not allowing her to have her address as the same as mine, then it only makes sense to do so. If I don't have to risk going before a judge and have my earnings abstracted why should I put myself in position to. My uncle said I would have many wives and he was refreing to women I would have deep bonds with. And yes those women I had that deep bond with were my wives. But not in the eyes of the system. And peoples commitment to each other should have nothing to do with a 3rd party, which is what getting a marriage license and a wedding is. The decision to get married seems to be so impulsive now a days and divorce happens just as fast it's like why does anyone get married any more. And I just want to say it's not women that I'm bashing believe it or not because I as a man have a need for them. I can only love that which I need (love you ladies). I am against the system and it's laws. These laws cause women to naturally act in a antagonizing manner towards the guy she's with and it cripples the guy because he is powerless against the system and that makes her lose respect for him and makes her want to become more antagonizing to the point things get out of hand. But the system seems to have no limit as to how far it will go to keep the populous indebted to it. currently i am living with my best friend and her 2 year old daughter...and my best friends boyfriend. Recently the boyfriend was arrested and OR'd but then he missed all of his court/trial dates so a warrant for his arrest was issued. Ceramic octopus pinch pot?
What is happening is the arms are drying at a different rate (assuming the clay is the same) than the body. A simple fix might be is to wrap the area where the cracking is occurring with wet paper towels. It will slow the drying down a little so they don't separate. The problem now is how dry it is altogether. You might be better off starting anew. The old clay can be reused unless it has been fired. When things crack off it is very hard to reattach them with a quality patch. Sometimes vinegar can be used instead of water to reattach parts. It sometimes improves your chance of success.

I take 20 mg xr salt tablets (2 timees a day) but I actually take three 3 I've built quite a tollerance. and I was on an adderall binge of not being able to sleep or eat or really drink a good amount of fluids (i just kinda sipped on water to get rid of the dryness) I was hallucinating from not sleeping for 2 days, Feeling really worn out from not being able to eat, My muscles are cramping way too easily, I think i'm about to have panic attacks at some points, I get really light headed and get tunnel vision from getting up too quick, (this is what I think is happening) The dryness of my mouth makes plaque build up faster and easier and its wearing down the edges of my teeth which is cutting my tounge because I'm moving my tounge around in my mouth constantly. The original colour and finish were baked on in a high temperature kiln. What you probably need to do is apply a base/primer first, then the paint, and then a sealer coat. As for keeping it from flaking off, it helps if you wash it by hand in mild soap, with no abrasions, no chemicals, and in warm water as opposed to hot.

You need to but the second router (furthest from the modem) into router mode, instead of gateway. You need to give it a different ip adress (192.168.1.2 works) and most importantly, you need to pretend the WAN connection doesn't exist on that router. The Ethernet wire should go from the first modem LAN port to the LAN port on the second modem. Yes that's complete non-intuitive, but that's how it works. You want to extend your local network, not put in a NAT'd subnetwork so you need to use the second router in router mode as a switch or hub.

What did the Dentist put on my tooth? (My Dentist story)?
He put some sort of he said 'Cleaning liquid' on the tooth of mine that had a lot of the white stuff(plaque i guess) What does this do? and what's it called? Anyway i would just like to say if anyone is scared of getting a filling for the first time its not even anything to worry about to be honest, i personally get scared anyway even though i KNOW it's nothing serious and nothing is going to happen nor is anything going to hurt i just randomly get scared and become close to peeing myself even though i go the toilet before i leave the house (lol) I didn't take any ipods or anything with me usually i just stare up at the ceiling lol everytime i get into the dentist chair my legs REALLY shake like crazy which is annoying lol yet i don't seem to feel scared which is weird.. but anyway its nothing to worry about at all if your getting a filling (don't know about anything else) my first time it took about 30 minutes didn't feel anything at all not even the needle. second time i actually went today for my second filling and he done it in like 5 minutes and when he said ok your good to go i was like wtf? O_o loool he used a different needle this time ( duno why but if anyone could tell me that would be cool) this time i felt a tiny pinch but it was nothing at all i was sitting there like ........., some people think the drill hurts but it doesn't when you get numbed you don't feel anything lol the only annoying thing with the drill is that when the dentist is drilling water allways comes out and lands in my eye lol so it's probably best to close your eyes :P make sure you eat quite a bit of food before you go aswell i would say because i didn't do that today and i just got home and i'm starving and nowhere near the point of my numbness wearing off and i don't want to eat anything just incase not even on the other side of my mouth. it feels like you have big lips and a big balloon inside of your mouth but your face actually looks normal at the end when he had finished i asked him i'm just wondering what mouthwash do you recommend and he said i don't recommend any mouthwash just the regular brushing teeth so i hope that helps someone in deciding what mouthwash to get, obviously he knows best so i'm going to follow him i didn't like the sound of mouthwashes anyway due to the alcohol content but overall anyway it was fine i had no pain just annoying shaking in my legs and water splashing in my eyes from the drilling, and starvation after because i can't eat so make sure ya eat somethin! ): I know your probably thinking why did he post this but i just felt like telling people what happened on my first time and second time hopefully this will calm some minds down. I just recently bought a 1967 Camaro RS/SS which has a 327 in it, and I would like to find out how much hp this motor actually has, since it has a lot of goodies already. First off, I know the 327 wasn't an SS option, this car is a 350 car but has a '68 Camaro 327 in it. It has vortec heads, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Holley 4 barrel 650 cfm Carb, ceramic coated headers, 3 inch Flowmaster dual exhaust system, an HEI Distributor, and a mild Edelbrock cam (Do not know exact specifications on the cam. If anyone knows how much hp these items add and could tell me about how much hp im looking at that would be great. A bit of tooth came off?? :S?
Looking in the mirror and I noticed quite alot of plaque it seemed to be on the back of my tooth so I scraped it off with my finger and then I felt like my tooth root was out a bit and I picked at it and it came off soo easy :S was it a part of my tooth? What should I do? My teeth ain't perfect and that's my fault so don't lecture me please....I would say my teeth are a light yellow :(

Why recycling ceramic doesn't exist?
Because it's inefficient. Re-use would be possible. Re-use as a neutral filling material is also an option. Recycling in the sense that you make new ceramic parts out of them would be very difficult and energy intensive. Much easier, cheaper and - in the final run - environmentally friendly just to make new stuff. After all, the raw material also is basically a neutral filling material. So in a sense, by using the shredded ceramics e.g. as foundation material, you do recycle them - just on a geological, not a human timescale.

How to remove ceramic tile floor?
You break a couple tile so that you can get under those next to it. Using a crow bar or some other tool that will allow you to pry up the surrounding tile go at it. After you have gotten a few up look for a crack in the under layment. If it's backer-board or plywood that is NOT 3/4 inch thick you may be able to pry it up and thus remove large sections of the tile still attached to the board. Take your time and you will get-er-done. Have fun.

Okay, so you know the part that connects the tongue to the bottom gum behind your teeth? Well, I had some plaque growing back there that I hadn't noticed until recently. I brushed my teeth and the majority was gone. The next day, I noticed my tongue felt loose. You see, I have a heart shaped tongue. Under closer inspection in the bathroom, I found my frenulum(?) was loose and it was hanging on a base of skin that had kind of come off. I suppose it had adjusted itself to the plaque and grew on it. When I got rid of it, it broke loose. When I dip my tongue, I feel this dip in the frenulum (I'm not sure if that is it's name exactly) and it's really starting to worry me. I am very scared. Does anyone know what to do?

What are some options for cleaning my dogs teeth that dont involve anesthesia?
My 5 year old Pomeranian has a grade 3 heart murmur. We took him in for an echo-cardiogram and the veterinarian recommended that we DON'T put him under anesthesia, but his teeth are horrible! The vet told me to brush his teeth everyday but it doesn't help at all. His breath is very bad and we've tried everything - dental rinses, brushing, even this expensive gel that you put on his teeth and its supposed to remove plaque- it didnt. Are there any recommendations for cleaning his teeth that don't involve anesthesia? With his murmur I don't need his teeth to get any worse. Any advise would be highly appreciated! Thanks!

So there's this girl that I know, I had invited her once to prom, but she sadly turned it down for a really close friend was in town and she devoted that week to her and they were going on a trip that weekend of prom. I only wanted to be just friends by the way. Also to add, later, when she was back in school, I asked if she had a Myspace and that I was deciding whether or not to make one and if I do, I might friend request her. But instead of saying yes she does and give me her myspace address, no, she says she does, then turns around and asked if I wanted to be more than friends and if so, we could start dating asap. Well I didn’t really like her in that way, so I just said no and walked off. Later encounters (total of 3) she seemed annoyed at me, or pissed. And one time when I tried to apologize, she switched it where I was supposedly the one that digs her and that she was trying to be nice and that she has been trying to land hints that she isn’t interested. When I laid down the facts that was impossible because we rarely see each other, she got stuck on that one, then turned around and said she liked it like that. But then I questioned why she acting like that and to tell me the real problem. She said she didn’t want to. Then she rushed to the bathroom and was in there breathing heavily. Then I purposely tried to get an answer stating no one was near and we could talk. She said that the only thing I needed to know was I’m her problem and that is all. I turned around and apologized to her about me rejecting her, that I may have seemed rude. Well I didn’t realize that people were around, and she gave me a nasty look and walked off mumbling something (it almost sounded like “that didn’t happen”) but wasn’t loud enough to really hear, but in a way that seemed as though she was humiliated. Then I brought up the fact that if its anyone who is liking who it’s her, and I brought up the facts, and again, she went straight to the bathrooms breathing heavily again. I decided to leave when I heard her almost cry. But why instead of accepting my apologies and move on, she tried to twist this crap on me? Is this a sign of low confidence?

Hi. So, I am a bit weird about my teeth. I am borderline obsessed with keeping them healthy. I have nightmares of tooth decay and... yah it's weird I know lol. Anyways, I brush very well. However, I drink tea everyday all day which can stain your teeth. I noticed that I have a little plaque a few days ago and I have been brushing even more frequently and much harder. When I woke up today part of my gums hurt really bad. I went to brush my teeth and noticed that in one spot my gums are really swollen. When there are email addresses listed online, they tend to have links to send an email to that address. When you click on the link, my computer (and most other Windows machines) opens up Microsoft Outlook and attempts to send that person an email. Is there any way that you can set up a browser (in my case, Google Chrome) to open up a browser window with Umail instead of being forced into using the standard Outlook client? Thanks.
